Job description

Pinhome is looking for a driven, analytical, and execution-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst to help build and scale our internal procurement and supply chain capabilities—especially for sundries, consumables, and operational needs that support our Home Services business.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career talents from Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields, who want hands‑on exposure in designing real operational processes—not just running day‑to‑day transactions.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Business teams to design procurement workflows, manage vendors, and support new business verticals.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the design and documentation of end‑to‑end procurement processes, including demand planning, vendor sourcing & comparison, purchasing & approval flows, inventory tracking and replenishment.
  • Assist in vendor research, onboarding, and performance tracking for sundries & consumables, cleaning supplies, tools, and operational materials.
  • Help manage day‑to‑day procurement execution, including PO tracking, delivery coordination, and reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain procurement databases and trackers (pricing, vendors, SKUs, lead times).
  • Support multi‑city operations by coordinating procurement needs across locations.
  • Work with Operations and Business teams to translate operational needs into procurement requirements.
  • Prepare basic cost analysis, benchmarking, and reporting for management.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, cost control, and process standardization.
What You Will Need:
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking.
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, basic analysis).
  • Able to handle data, process flows, and documentation.
  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and organized.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn hands‑on.
  • Able to work cross‑functionally with Ops, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude.
About the Team

You will work closely with:

  • Operations & Service Quality teams
  • Finance & Commercial teams
  • Business vertical owners (including sundries & services)
  • Central Operations & Strategy

This role offers strong exposure to how real operational businesses are built and scaled, with opportunities to grow into more senior procurement, operations, or supply chain roles.
