Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Adjust the specifications of goods or services needed by the project
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Follow-up vendor regarding delivery of goods and services
• Review local market price and availability
• Maintain communication with customer, sub suppliers, sub‑contractors, and other stakeholders
• Update the database of suppliers (vendors, quantities, prices)

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the same position and Interior Industry.
• Detail‑oriented, honest, and capable of building relationships across the organization with internal users.
• Experience in a procurement role and vendor management.
• Minimum years of experience as a Procurement Role.
