Employment Type: Full-time, project-based (10 months)

Project: 18 apartment units, swimming pool, restaurant area, total area >1000 m²

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Processing material and supply requests from Site Manager and Project Team

Coordinating with local suppliers and monitoring delivery timelines

Comparing prices, specifications, and delivery terms

Maintaining up-to-date records of all orders and deliveries

Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in line with project needs

Administration:

Assisting in documentation, daily reports, and data collection from site

Maintaining BOQ tracking and comparing planned vs. actual volumes

Filing invoices, receipts, and delivery notes

Supporting the Project Manager with reporting, checklists, and paperwork

Coordinating with other departments (finance, QC, logistics) as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or admin roles (preferably in construction)

Basic understanding of construction materials and suppliers in Bali

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia

Able to multitask and work under time pressure

Reliable and highly responsible
