Ensure that the production process runs according to the established plan and oversee daily production operations.

Lead the production team in carrying out daily operational tasks and ensure that all team members work effectively and efficiently.

Ensure that the quality of the products produced meets the standards set by the company.

Ensure production equipment is in good condition and minimize downtime in the production process by coordinating with the maintenance team.

Ensure that all production activities comply with the company's occupational safety procedures.

Provide daily or weekly reports on production progress to the Processing Assistant Manager.

Identify issues in the production process and collaborate with the team to find appropriate solutions.

Manage the efficient use of raw materials, labor, and production equipment to support a smooth production process.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of production process management and quality control.

Strong team supervision and operational management skills.
