• Establish and update quality inspection standard documents.
• Organize training for quality standards of inspectors.
• Follow up on quality data before and after process changes.
• Evaluate quality of new equipment.
• Evaluate production introduction of new wire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the improvement of TOP and special problem
• Analysis and investigation of customer complaints and returned products and follow-up of measures
• Monitoring and continuously improve the quality performance of KPI indicators
• Responsible for the establishment and update of quality inspection standard documents
• Organize the training and assessment of quality standards and inspection methods of department inspectors
• Responsible for the follow-up of the effect and the collection of quality data before and after the process change
• Responsible for the evaluation of the quality of the new equipment 3Q acceptance
• Responsible for the evaluation and acceptance of the production introduction of new wire

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above on related fields
• More than 3 years of PQE related work experience
• Proficient in the use of quality tools analysis methods and office software
• Able to communicate in English for work setting
• Willing to be placed in East Java
