THE CORE OF WHAT WE DO

We are one of the strongest data science & technology players driving financial inclusion in emerging markets. We apply our algorithms to petabytes of data, primarily from Telecom Operators in-country, to profile credit risk of individuals, while protecting their privacy through encryption and anonymisation of data processed on our platform.

Our proprietary risk assessment model that sits at the core of our platform is proven to outperform current models in use (measured in terms of GINI coefficient) and has enabled access to credit for an additional 40% of the population in emerging markets. These are people who’ve never had any kind of prior banking exposure and now are accessible and visible to the formal financial economy.

Trusting Social is looking to grow a team of zealous advocates of our cause who can identify, build and sustain commercial relationships with very prominent businesses in a fast- changing and complex landscape.

THE ROLE - PRE SALES SOLUTION CONSULTANT (SC)

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (SC) to be the primary technical and business translator for our clients. This individual will be the "architect of the solution," responsible for digging deep into a client's business, identifying their true pain points, and designing a workable, agile solution using our AI/ML product suite.

Core Mandate:

To win the technical and business validation from clients. This person will own the "problem-solution fit" by designing and managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) that clearly demonstrate our value and map directly to the client's existing workflows and business models.

Qualification:
  • 3 – 8 years of experience in Technology or Financing Institution field
  • Some exposure with Product role (assisting / contributing to product design or product-market fit exercise)
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environment (e.g. startup, fast-growing business, etc)
  • Experience in lending industry is a plus
  • Consultative problem solving: able to see what a client needs
  • Grounded solution design & architecture: able to design a solution that works today; This includes data flow, API integration points, and understanding the client's existing stacks.
  • Able to deliver solution architecture for client’s executive level and internal engineering team
  • POC Management & Execution: drive and own a POC from start to finish - this involves setting success criteria, coordinating with the client's tech team, and managing the internal tech resources to deliver a successful outcome.
  • Technical Translation: to support the Sales & Product teams in meetings, answer deep technical questions, and help scope SOWs/contracts (PKS) with realistic technical milestones and deliverables.
  • Extensive experience in cross-team collaboration work (exposure to regional/global counterparts is a plus)
