Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC in a similar position, including production planning and inventory control in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans tailored to machine capacity, workforce, and material availability.
• Collaborate with the Production, Maintenance, and QA teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth production processes.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and packaging to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Monitor daily production realization, analyze deviations from plans, and adjust and improve production strategies as needed.
• Ensure accurate reporting, maintain accurate data, and maintain neat and structured documentation.
