Build and grow a pipeline of German Mittelstand companies interested in China and Asia for trade missions, projects, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and refine pitch decks, proposals, and data rooms; coordinate investor meetings and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an active fundraising pipeline and CRM, tracking progress from lead to close.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, accelerators, trade agencies, and ecosystem partners across Asia and Europe.
  • Generate BD leads for AIHXA (AI transformation, automation, fractional CXO services) and for portfolio companies’ solutions.
  • Co-create go-to-market activities, including campaigns, events, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with German Mittelstand firms interested in China and Southeast Asia.
  • Design and sell China (and Asia) business trip packages: curated delegations, factory and partner visits, innovation tours, and investor/partner matchmaking.
  • Collaborate with German chambers of commerce, trade bodies, and industry associations to co-organize delegations, roadshows, and seminars.
Required Profile

Languages:

  • Fluent German and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Experience:

  • 5–10 years in fundraising, investor relations, or BD, ideally with exposure to startups, SMEs, or consulting.
  • Proven work with DACH-region SMEs/Mittelstand and/or cross-border Germany–China or Europe–Asia projects.

  • Comfortable with structured sales funnels, CRM tools, and remote collaboration.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation to align with AIHXA’s core offerings.
