Job description

Oversee end-to-end cheese production processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations.

Develop and monitor production plans aligned with demand forecasting and supply chain targets.

Ensure all products meet Wincheez quality standards in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

Implement and enforce K3/HSE guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Lead and develop production supervisors and plant teams to achieve operational excellence.

Control operational budgets, monitor cost efficiency, and execute cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure equipment, machinery, and utilities operate at optimal levels with proper preventive maintenance.

Drive continuous improvement programs (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, waste reduction, process efficiency).

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, QA/QC, R&D, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams.

Support new cheese product development, pilot runs, and process optimization.

Provide accurate operational reports and insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within dairy, cheese, or FMCG food processing.
• Strong leadership background managing production plants or large operational teams.
• Deep understanding of food processing standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and quality systems.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Able to manage fast-paced operations and strict production timelines.
