A supply chain company in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Mandarin Assistant to assist the CEO/Manager with daily tasks, including quality checks for translations, travel arrangements, and handling employee relations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, along with a detail-oriented and multitasking attitude.
Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading) is a must
Having minimum HSK 5 and HSK intermediate is preferred
Able to operate MS. Office especially MS. Excel
Multitasking and detail oriented
Fresh Graduated is very welcome
Willing to go on a business trip if needed
Job Description:
Assist CEO / Manager for the daily needs
Do quality check for product translation. Make sure the product description are all great and easy to understand
Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and arranging itineraries
Manage and have good communication with Chinese CEO/Manager in either English or Chinese (written and spoken)
Manage and resolve employee relation issues and escalations
Other projects may be given due to business needs
Be the voice of employee to provide feedback to the company
Translate documents or company needs into Mandarin.
