• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that align with the Shopee strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct end-to-end partnership project management and coordination of the recommended solutions.
• Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that benefit all parties involved.
• Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in project management or business partnership management.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans.
• Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate Microsoft Excel.
