After developing our lifestyle & entertainment concept, Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle & entertainment concepts to meet today's lifestyle needs.

We are looking for a Orientation Supervisor to support our growth in Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging orientation programs, creating interactive and adaptable materials for all employee levels through discussions, role plays, and coaching, using a human‑centered approach that considers motivation, diverse learning styles, and employee comfort to support a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Coach and empower new and existing team members, ensuring growth that aligns with company standards while providing feedback to department heads, and building trust‑based relationships through constructive feedback, active listening, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Plan and manage orientation schedules based on training needs and operational priorities, and evaluate results across knowledge, skills, and behavior, demonstrating strong time management, team coordination, and people‑focused evaluation to ensure the orientation experience remains effective and human‑driven.
  • Promote continuous learning through follow‑up programs such as focus group discussions, business process sharing, and policy refreshers, while encouraging a growth mindset, openness, and personal accountability to support professional and behavioral development.
  • Build strong connections and stay adaptable, fostering a fun, supportive environment while responding quickly to changes in orientation needs, showcasing empathy, effective interpersonal communication, and inclusive leadership when addressing challenges or organizational shifts.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality industry with solid knowledge of service culture and operational standards.
  • At least 2 years in Learning & Development, focusing on onboarding and employee training programs.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering orientation/training materials, aligned with company standards and evolving business needs.
  • Able to identify training needs (TNA), deliver training sessions, and monitor employee behavior to ensure performance and alignment with company values.
  • Experienced in training evaluation and reporting, including gathering feedback from participants and tracking the effectiveness of onboarding and development programs, with familiarity in hospitality standards (service excellence, grooming, brand consistency).
