A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to design and implement strategies that support organization development. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in organization development and human capital strategy. You will evaluate performance management systems, develop talent programs, and manage change initiatives to drive organizational transformation. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Design innovative strategies for developing and implementing systems, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Organization Development, Operational Management, Audit SOP
Strong understanding of human resources principles, employee engagement strategies, performance management best practices, and OKR/KPI frameworks
Evaluate the Performance Management System to ensure that employee performance and competency assessments are carried out according to procedures.
Develop career planning systems, talent development programs, and succession processes aligned with organizational needs.
Design innovative programs for employee productivity analysis to produce accurate and comprehensive data.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner
Initiate and manage change management processes related to organizational development.
A collaborative and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving organisational transformation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field. Master's degree will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organization Development and Human Capital Strategy.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to integrate various HR functions into cohesive organizational development initiatives.
Proven leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage organizational change effectively.
