Primary Job Role:

Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering and providing the program as per the company’s needs, do curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.

Job Description:
  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify company training needs
  2. Evaluate Desk Collection/Customer Service/Credit Analyst/QA performance to gauge where skills are lacking
  3. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
  4. Prepare learning materials for training and development programs
  5. Develop onboarding programs for new employees
  6. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of program
Job Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any background
  2. Proven experience in as a trainer for Desk Collection/Customer Service/Credit Analyst/QA for 1-3 years
  3. Familiar with training and development skill and tools
  4. Excellent time management and organizing skill
  5. Has a passion to help employees thrive their target
  6. Dynamic and resilient
  7. Strong “people” sense
  8. Based in Sleman, Yogyakarta, and nearby areas
