We are seeking an Operations Manager with a strong background in legal or business consulting and excellent analytical skills to oversee daily operations, optimize processes and drive cross-departmental performance.

Role Overview
As a service company, our core activities involve providing professional consultancy and tailored solutions for clients rather than manufacturing products. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that internal processes and service delivery run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

This role serves as a bridge between the CEO and all departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Sales & Marketing, and Vendor Management). The OM is expected to streamline workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement to uphold the quality of services delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
  • Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs, workflows, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure excellent communication and service standards for clients.
  • Support strategic planning and operational execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (strongly preferred), Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in a Service-Oriented Company (consultancy background highly preferred).
  • Able to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
  • Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Proven track record in financial management, risk management, and project supervision.
  • Strong background in workforce planning, team development, and performance management.
  • Experience in handling vendors such as notaries, lawyers, contractors, tax consultants, and other professional service providers, including monitoring their service levels and maintaining good partnerships.
