As an Operational Manager for our Clubhouse Brand - Padel based in Jakarta, you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our padel facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our clubhouse provides a top-notch experience for players and visitors, while driving operational efficiency and supporting our brand's growth within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring exceptional service and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate scheduling and planning of events, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budget management and cost controls.
  • Build strong relationships with members, players, and local communities to enhance the clubhouse's reputation.
  • Analyze operational data and feedback to continually improve service delivery and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sports or recreational facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
