Min. 1 year experiences as Admin Operational. Having experiences in Travel Agent industry would be advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide effective and timely delivery of travel arrangements with local service providers as requested by the agents.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other colleagues in different departments to ensure a smooth confirmation process.
  • Brief tour leaders, guides, drivers on their upcoming trips, stressing client’s expectations and client’s special needs.
  • Make reservation/arrangements for transportation, guide service, hotel accommodation, car rentals, tours, trains, ferries, flights, recreational activities etc.
  • Nurture excellent relations with local providers, other Khiri offices and with clients when necessary.
  • Ensure that all information for a trip is provided to the client in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise on weather conditions, road block due to special events, restaurants, tourist attractions, local festivals etc.
  • Administrative support. Issue, gather and prepare all documents required such as tickets, vouchers as needed.
  • Ad-hoc visits to inspect restaurants and hotels to evaluate the comfort, cleanliness, safety and customer satisfaction.
