Job description

Lead and manage daily operations across multiple plants (main base in Cileungsi, covering additional production sites in West Jakarta).

Develop and execute operational strategies that align with corporate objectives on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Establish measurable KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement across all departments.

Ensure production targets and efficiency levels are consistently achieved while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Manufacturing Excellence
  • Oversee production processes across Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Compression Molding, and Decoration (screen printing, tampo printing, labelling).
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials through effective production planning and resource management.
  • Lead continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, TPM) to increase OEE and reduce waste and downtime.
  • Drive capacity planning, automation initiatives, and new technology adoption to enhance competitiveness.
  • Manage plant budgets, costing structures, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze cost drivers and implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality or delivery.
  • Oversee CapEx and OpEx planning for plant improvement and machinery investment.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and OHSAS standards across all operations.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction programs.
  • Strengthen factory safety culture and maintain zero‑incident operations.
People & Organizational Development
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high‑performing operations leadership team.
  • Oversee manpower planning, organization structure, and succession management for key functions.
  • Foster collaboration across production, QA, engineering, planning, and supply chain functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Board and top management to define operational policies and business direction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
  • Represent the operational function in audits, management reviews, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (Operation Director / GM Factory / Plant Director).
  • Mandatory experience in Rigid Plastic Manufacturing, covering injection and blow molding processes.
  • Proven success in leading multi‑site operations with strong commercial and technical acumen.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong financial understanding and business acumen.
  • Decisive, people‑oriented, and able to drive change effectively.
