Job summary

A leading wine technology company in Bali is seeking an AI Engineer to develop smart features and data solutions for its digital ecosystem. The role includes supporting AI-powered tools, data analysis, and collaboration with the Tech Product Team. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final-year students with skills in Python and an interest in AI and machine learning. This is an on-site position located in Ungasan, Bali, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Based in Bali.
• Exposure to or experience in AI, Data, or Machine Learning roles preferred.
• Curiosity about wine, e-commerce, or tech startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI-powered tools like wine label scanning and recommendation systems.
• Handle data scraping, cleaning, and analysis for model training.
• Build and improve simple computer vision and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with the Tech Product Team to integrate AI features.
• Document processes and help monitor model performance.

Skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Skilled in Python

Experience using Pandas

Experience using Numpy

Experience using OpenCV

Familiar with image processing techniques

Familiar with data scraping techniques

Understanding of basic ML workflows

Problem-solving mindset

Education
