Minimum Qualifications

General Qualifications

• S1/S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with a minimum GPA of: S1 ≥ 3.00; S2 ≥ 3.25.
• Maximum age to apply: S1 ≤ 25 years old; S2 ≤ 28 years old.

Major in Computer Science, IT, Business, Statistics, MIPA, Engineering, or a relevant major.

Preferable to have a certificate related to Data Analytics that is recognized nationally/internationally.

• Proficient in English and submit your TOEIC score: min. 400 (for ODP Retail Banking, ODP Wealth Management, & ODP Data Analytics), and min. 700 (for ODP Global Analyst Program). Only scores provided by official/authorized institutions are accepted.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills in inquiring and acquiring relevant, comprehensive information.
• Excellent in communicating ideas, clearly and effectively to gain understanding and commitment from others.
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
• Single, never married, and willing to remain unmarried during the duration of the program.
• Willing to be relocated throughout Indonesia.
