A telecommunications company in Jakarta is seeking candidates proficient in Chinese and able to communicate in Indonesian and English. The role involves managing contracts and purchase orders, supporting financial operations, and coordinating supply chain logistics. Candidates should be proactive, proficient in Excel, and capable of working under pressure in a multitasking environment. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Contract and PO Process Management: Initiate, follow up, and archive contracts, orders, and related system processes to ensure smooth flow of contracts and POs in the system; assist with daily management tasks such as sealing and archiving.
System Operations and Data Maintenance: Familiar with systems such as ECC, ISCP, and FOL; responsible for process operations and data entry, updates, and output related to contracts, payments, acceptance, and reimbursement.
Business Execution Support: Assist in the end-to-end follow-up of customer orders, payments, shipments, and deliveries; regularly verify bills and support financial reconciliation and payment collection.
Supply Chain and Delivery Coordination: Monitor factory production progress, material preparation, and customs clearance and transportation status; coordinate pickup arrangements among factories, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely and closed-loop delivery.
Expense and Project Management: Assist with EAS project initiation applications, FOL payment operations, budget declarations, and expense reimbursement management.
Prototype and Equipment Management: Responsible for prototype/model applications and process tracking; manage the in-and-out inventory and ledger registration of equipment at representative office temporary storage points.
Other Tasks: Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors and support the achievement of departmental goals.
Education and Language Skills: Strong Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to communicate in Indonesian and English.
System and Process Experience: Prior experience with corporate business processes and system operations is preferred; familiarity with system operation processes is a plus.
Office Skills: Proficient in Excel and other office software; capable of basic data analysis and report generation.
Work Attitude and Abilities: Proactive, meticulous, and responsible; able to handle work pressure and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Teamwork: Demonstrates good team spirit and can maintain high efficiency in a multitasking environment.
