What You’ll Do

As a New Home Consultant, you’ll guide clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives. You’ll represent Visionary in the local community, helping prospective buyers explore neighborhoods, understand their options, and feel confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate Visionary Homes’ value, product offerings, and community features to prospective buyers

Understand customer goals and position Visionary as the ideal solution

Manage the sales process from first contact to closing

Proactively build a strong pipeline of prospects through outreach and networking

Partner with local realtors and represent Visionary at community events

Maintain accurate records of transactions, updates, and client communication

Ensure model homes and community spaces are well presented

Meet sales goals while collaborating with your team to achieve shared success

Conduct all business with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus

What We’re Looking For

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

Tech-savvy with smartphone/tablet sales apps and MS Office

Proven sales experience, ideally in new home sales

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
