What You’ll Do
- Lead the national training strategy for Sales & CRM teams
- Design, develop, and deliver training modules (product, soft skills, sales process, customer experience, and brand standards)
- Develop trainers and certify dealership Sales Consultants across regions
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Dealer Management to identify training needs
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through assessments, coaching, and data-driven insights
- Ensure consistent implementation of Mazda’s sales standards across all dealer networks
- Manage annual training calendars, budgets, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years experience in sales training, preferably in automotive or premium brands
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to design training curriculum and deliver impactful sessions
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, customer experience, and adult learning principles
- Able to travel for national dealer training activities
- A confident, energetic, and inspiring trainer
