Job summary

Do you have a strong passion for automotive and a genuine enthusiasm for developing people? Mazda Indonesia is looking for a dynamic National Sales Training Manager to lead and elevate our national training ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the national training strategy for Sales & CRM teams
  • Design, develop, and deliver training modules (product, soft skills, sales process, customer experience, and brand standards)
  • Develop trainers and certify dealership Sales Consultants across regions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Dealer Management to identify training needs
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through assessments, coaching, and data-driven insights
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Mazda’s sales standards across all dealer networks
  • Manage annual training calendars, budgets, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years experience in sales training, preferably in automotive or premium brands
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Proven ability to design training curriculum and deliver impactful sessions
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, customer experience, and adult learning principles
  • Able to travel for national dealer training activities
  • A confident, energetic, and inspiring trainer
