We are looking for a highly driven and experienced National Regional KAM to lead sales operations across modern trade channels and ensure excellent trade marketing execution in the Jakarta area. This role will coordinate Regional KAM activities, oversee distributor performance, and support the achievement of business targets.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead and manage modern trade sales operations, ensure strong distributor performance, and execute trade marketing activities. You will also coordinate Regional KAM functions to drive sales strategies, deliver business results, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business performance.
  • Lead in-store execution across Local Modern Trade & Minimarket channels.
  • Manage and monitor distributor performance for operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong experience managing Local Modern Trade, Minimarket, and Distributor channels.
  • Solid leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
