Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy for GT and MT.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business growth opportunities and understand competitor insights.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in promotional activities.
- Drive negotiations and contracts with distributors and key business partner accounts.
- Manage sales activities in the assigned GT and MT channel area.
- Lead the sales team to achieve company-set targets.
- Build effective communication with the sales team, customers, distributors, and all business sectors.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, including analysis and findings, for the Head of Sales.
- Identify potential customers to increase market share and sales targets.
- Distributor search and new area opening (Medan, Bandung, Solo-Yogyakarta, Surabaya
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major
- Approximately 2 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in an FMCG company
- Familiarity with distributors and coverage of Sumatra and Java
- Strong communication, analytical, and results-oriented skills
- Willingness to travel on business
