Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics is the standard minimum.
  • Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years as Dept. Manager. Prior experience within the mining, energy, or project-based sectors is highly valued due to the specific cost structures and operational complexities.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Management Accountant
