Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a kitchen team.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure high quality food production.
  • Oversee training and development of kitchen staff.

  • Oversee training and development of kitchen team, ensuring consistent leadership is demonstrated in the kitchen during service periods
