We're looking for a highly motivated individual to design and build special purpose machines from concept to completion, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Ideal candidates have an experience in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, with hands‑on experience in mechanism design, mechatronic systems, and manufacturing. Creativity, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to be based in Salatiga.

What will you do

• Design and build special purpose machines from concept to completion.
• Evaluate ideas and designs for technical feasibility and cost‑efficiency.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with electrical, automation, and software engineers to ensure everything works together smoothly.
• Support the machine after it's up and running—troubleshoot and fine‑tune as needed.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and coordinate with external vendors or suppliers.

What we are looking for

• Previous industry experience on mechanical/mechatronics is appreciated, fresh grads are welcome.
• Has experience in mechanism design (motion analysis, kinematic concepts, machine elements)
• Has experience in manufacturing a mechanical instruments/robotic.
• Skilled in debugging issues in mechatronic systems.
• Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and a fast learner are a must.
• Have superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to work in Salatiga.

Nice to have

• Has experience in building special purpose machines / fully automated machines / high precision parts / heat exchange devices
• Has experience in injection plastic processes.
• Good knowledge of plastic materials and sheet metal.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
