Job description
Marketing Activities
  • Propose a clear marketing campaign and propose related post to produce marketing material such as media social e.g Instagram, facebook, Linkdln and web pages.
  • Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials
  • Organise a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or Info sessions activities
  • Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
  • Analyse the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
  • Report the candidates intake data – making sure the candidates submit their application
  • Coordinate with Apple Team for registration website link for the updated data
  • Collaborate with IT Team and Students Affair for online test schedule and interview schedule
  • Schedule for regular marketing activities such as booth with potential external parties such as Universities National and International, Coworking Space, Industries
Management Support Activities
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Monitor the overall documentation process in related area such as Registration Data, Participation Form, etc
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor
  • Actively support yearly Talent Spark event
General Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience
