Job Description

Develop and execute monthly marketing plans for Doughzen

  • Plan campaigns for new flavors, seasonal menus, and events
  • Build and maintain Doughzen’s social media presence (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Create and approve content for visuals and videos
  • Manage KOL/influencer partnerships to drive awareness and conversions
  • Plan for events and promotional opportunities
  • Support store launches and pop-up activations
  • Analyze marketing performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and offline materials
  • Work with Founder to execute brand positioning and long-term growth strategy
  • Maintain all sales platforms such as GoFood and Grabfood
Requirements
  • 3+ years relevant experience in social media / digital / brand marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok trends
  • Solid campaign planning and project management
  • Able to write creative briefs and direct designers/creators
  • Data-driven and comfortable monitoring insights & ROI
  • Hands‑on mentality (not only strategy but execution)
