This role is responsible for overseeing all Marketing Communications, Brand Activation, and Marketplace activities (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop), including team management and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Brand Positioning
  • Plan and execute brand campaign, activation, and collaborations
  • Manage relationships with KOL, partner, community, media, and mall
  • Define campaign objectives, KPI and timelines
  • Manage and execute performance in Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop
  • Execute marketplace campaign, promo, and visibility tools
  • Analyse performance (sales, GMV, traffic, conversion) to keep optimizing
  • Analyse impact of marketing activities towards sales and ensuring marketing activities support brands' commercial goals
  • Analyze weekly and monthly reports, sharing insights and recommendations
  • Actively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead a team of 4 Marketing executives and 3 interns
