A leading finance lease company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a dynamic individual to drive B2B financing transactions. Key responsibilities include acquiring new business, preparing financing proposals, and managing client relationships. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, possess strong communication skills, and ideally have prior experience in finance leasing. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients and provide tailored financing solutions to meet their needs.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or financing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Accounting, Management, Finance, or Marketing.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferably has experience working in a finance lease or multifinance company, especially in the B2B or corporate segment.
Strong understanding of finance lease products, credit analysis, and B2B financing processes is a plus.
Acquire new finance lease (B2B financing) transactions that meet company standards by building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients through calls, meetings, and direct visits.
Prepare and submit financing proposals and follow up with customers to ensure timely deal closure.
Collect and verify KYC, legal, and financial documents from customers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity.
Coordinate with the Credit, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure financing proposals comply with internal policies.
Review financing contracts and purchase orders (PO) prepared by the support team to ensure alignment with agreed terms and conditions before sending them to customers.
Monitor and follow up on customer installment and financing payments to ensure timely repayment.
Follow up, negotiate, and collect payments from overdue customers, including coordinating with the collection team and Management when required.
Monitor and manage financing contract maturities to ensure timely refinancing, renewal, or settlement.
Prepare and submit weekly customer prospect and pipeline reports to support sales target achievement.
