Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (min GPA 3.00). Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or sales (preferably in baby diapers industry / baby care industry). Strong knowledge of branding, sales, and distribution. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Good communication and negotiation skills. Excellent skills in market analysis. Updated with the latest baby diapers industry trends. Willing to travel frequently to distributors and customers. Have driving license (SIM A). Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and boost sales in the baby diapers segment.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and industry trends.
  • Support branding activities, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product development, and supply chain) to ensure marketing effectiveness.
  • Visit distributors and customers regularly to ensure product visibility and partnership growth.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand competitiveness in the market.
