Overview

As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the company’s marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness, strengthen product positioning, and support sales target achievement in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing communication strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives
• Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, events, and industrial exhibitions)
• Create communication materials (brochures, catalogs, company profiles, presentations, digital content) that highlight the strengths of technical products
• Build relationships with media, industry associations, and relevant external stakeholders
• Manage the company’s brand image to ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Conduct market analysis, industry trends, and customer needs to support communication strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team and technical engineers in preparing product presentations, proposals, and branding activities
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing communication team

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, or Engineering (preferably with an understanding of industrial/manufacturing technical products)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Communication, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Background in a manufacturing company or a company with technical/engineering products (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of marketing communication strategies, branding, and promotion of technical products in the B2B market
• Experienced in managing industrial events/exhibitions, digital campaigns, and media relations
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Proactive, creative, with strong leadership skills, and able to work across departments
