Manufacturing Technician (Coronary & Neurovascular Stents)

The Stent & Device Team at CGBio is responsible for manufacturing high‑quality coronary and neurovascular stents used in life‑saving cardiovascular and neurovascular treatments.

The team manages a wide portfolio of Class IV implantable medical devices, overseeing advanced production processes from laser processing to final inspection. With continuous expansion of product lines and new business initiatives, the team is seeking dedicated professionals who value precision, responsibility, and long‑term growth in medical device manufacturing.

Your Role

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be directly involved in the production of coronary and neurovascular stents under strict quality and regulatory standards. This role requires a high level of concentration, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality, as the products manufactured are permanently implanted in patients.

Key Responsibilities
Stent Manufacturing Operations
  • Perform laser processing for cardiovascular stents
  • Conduct chemical etching, heat treatment, and electro‑polishing processes
  • Execute drug coating processes for cardiovascular stents
  • Perform crimping operations for cardiovascular stents
  • Load and assemble neurovascular stents
Inspection & Quality Control
  • Conduct in‑process inspections of semi‑finished products
  • Perform final inspections of finished stent products
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal quality standards and procedures
Production Excellence
  • Follow standardized manufacturing procedures with high precision
  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and documentation accuracy
  • Support stable production flow and yield improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Training & Development Vision

The selected candidate will initially work in Korea and receive on‑the‑job training for approximately 1–1.5 years, before being assigned to the new Indonesia manufacturing plant scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.
