Our client is a leading steel producer in Indonesia and currently looking for a Mandarin Finance Accounting Manager to be placed in their Head Office in Karawaci, Banten area. Details as below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all Accounting & Finance functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation and financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.
• Coordinate with headquarters and external stakeholders using Mandarin.
• Coach, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Accounting & Finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in Accounting & Finance.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and PSAK.
• Proficient in accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, or similar).
