Get to Know the Team

The Digital Goods team is one of Grab's core products. It enables products such as airtime, data packages, vouchers, and other digital services across the Grab ecosystem, including GrabKios, Grab app, OVO, and B2B partners. Within this team, the Telco Value Creation function focuses on strengthening commercial and strategic collaboration with Telco partners to lead innovation, and growth under the One GROVO framework.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Value Creation – Telco t to lead commercial value creation with Telco partners through multiple collaborative innovations. You will carry a strategic cross-ecosystem mandate as the main link between Super GROVO stakeholders and Telco partners. It ensures coordinated commercial understanding and smooth delivery of cross-vertical programs. You will play an important part in shaping and accomplishing Telco-led projects that accelerate adoption across Grab products, enhance product, and unlock new ecosystem and revenue opportunities. You are a strategic executor that can manage end-to-end partnership projects, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Develop Telco bundling and co-branding strategies that create ecosystem adoption across Grab products (consumer, merchant, driver, and reseller touchpoints).
  • Lead Telco-driven innovation initiatives, including co-creation and new product or capability enablement aligned with Digital Goods growth priorities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Telco partners to support supply, best pricing, and long-term value collaboration.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and co-funded projects with Telcos, ensuring scalable partnership models and financial outcomes.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal team to operationalize programs and support seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Report performance of Telco projects against important metrics, providing relevant insights for optimization and scale.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of value creation projects.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • You express Grab's core values — Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility — and excel in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, account management / B2B sales within a telco company/ies.
  • Experience with the Telco landscape is important. This includes product structures, commercial models, operational processes, and internal decision dynamics. Have an existing network across Telco partners, such as channels, B2B, and product teams, supports this understanding.
  • Commercial capability — including partnership development, business case evaluation, and translating opportunities into executable product or bundling projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (can perform complex functions) ; familiarity with data reporting or BI tools (such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau).
  • Experience in tech, digital platforms, FinTech, or Telco operators.
