Job description

As the Manager Media Communication at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, you will be responsible for manage and ensure all processes related to annual digital marketing planning, manage communication media budgets, and approve documents and prepare reports related to marketing design to support the smooth operation of the company in order to support the achievement of company goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and adjust the annual promotional and digital marketing plan based on company direction.

Coordinate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotion mechanisms and progress.

Manage and control media communication budgets to meet targets.

Negotiate media rates (newspapers, flyers, catalogues) to secure the best deals.

Ensure promotional timelines and media materials align with the yearly plan.

Review design outputs, promotional articles, and prepare promotion performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication or Digital Business).

Minimum 3 years of experience in media communication, marketing, or related fields.

Certifications in Project Management, Content Marketing, or Branding are preferred.

Strong skills in Data & Trend Analysis, Content Development, Digital Marketing, Media Management, Decision Making, and Product/Category Management.

Able to collaborate effectively with internal design and commercial teams, as well as external vendors.
