About the role

PT. BERKAT KEMAS ASIA' is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Marketing to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah on a contract basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for our company within the Marketing & Communication industry.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue targets

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and gauge customer preferences

Managing and coordinating the execution of various marketing campaigns across different channels

Strong proven leadership, consumer insight and knowledge

Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to optimise strategies

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform decision-making

Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Management sub-industry (Especially in cosmetic packaging manufacturing companies)

Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to end

Prepares daily and weekly sales reports

Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Ability to work under pressure and target oriented

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
