Overview

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Export Sales & Development Manager with deep domain knowledge in Agro Chemicals (Pesticides and Fertilizers) to develop and manage our global sales & development operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through distributor development, market expansion, and regulatory compliance in international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies for agrochemical products (Pesticides and Fertilizers).
  • Identify, appoint, and manage international distributors and channel partners.
  • Achieve annual sales targets across designated international territories (Asia, Africa, Brazil, Europe etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, product registrations, and agrochemical licensing requirements.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and R&D to ensure timely delivery and customization of products as per regional needs.
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business delegations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers and partners.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Chemistry, or related field. MBA (International Business) is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven export sales & development experience in agrochemicals (Pesticides and Fertilizers).
  • In-depth knowledge of international agrochemical markets, especially regulatory and registration requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.
  • Vast experience of handling international customers.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
