Position Overview

Maintenance Superintendent – oversee all maintenance operations to support company business, achieve maintenance targets and KPI.

Responsibilities

• To manage maintenance activities to support company business.
• To manage maintenance activities to achieved maintenance targets and KPI
• To ensure accurate data report for support weekly ,monthly and yearly maintenance department report
• To ensure preventive maintenance schedule done well and as per schedule
• To guide, help and do troubleshooting in Plant in order have Breakdown
• To ensure breakdown activities is done right and fast to minimize breakdown in production
• To ensure all critical and consumable spare parts are available and maintained in a minimum level
• To ensure each copy of manual / operational book for machines are keep in proper condition and easy to be found
• To do coordination with maintenance manager to make proper yearly electrical budget and maintain the consumption within the budget
• To ensure each new machine has commissioning report and standard operational procedure, spare part catalogue , preventive maintenance , work instruction and manual / operational book
• Handling internal project activity and commissioning
