Ensure all logistics activities and administration comply with government regulations, especially for bonded zone areas.
Guarantee that all logistics activities and administration fully support the company’s daily operational needs, both incoming and outgoing.
Ensure full compliance of logistics activities and administration with ISO certification standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Manage all logistics activities and administration, including import, export, domestic deliveries to customers, and domestic receipts from suppliers.
Coordinate effectively with other departments utilizing logistics services to provide optimal support for all internal users.
Routinely evaluate all logistics activities and administration to identify and implement continuous improvements.
Achieve more efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
Continuously improve the quality and competency of all team members within the logistics department.
