Job summary

  • Monitor claim submissions to 3PL providers.
  • Oversee claim disbursement to users.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Service team.
  • Support Supervisor with additional duties.

Job description

Logistic Operations Officer is responsible for supporting Logistic Operations Team Leader to ensure that all operational activities of shipping goods can run smoothly. By coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, so that the Ops business process runs can meet out customer expectations. All business processes monitored by the Logistic Operations team every day include processes such as: Pickup, Delivery, Undelivery, Return, and Complaint.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Coordinate reminder pickups with 3PL providers.
  3. Generate undelivery reports for users.
  4. Analyze discrepancies in shipping fees with 3PL providers.
  5. Monitor claim submissions to 3PL providers.
  6. Oversee claim disbursement to users.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to resolve user issues.
  8. Support Supervisor with additional assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major (relevant field preferred).
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Basic proficiency in English is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics is considered advantageous.
