Job summary

A corporate legal firm in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced legal professional to support the Legal & Corporate Secretary Manager. Responsibilities include providing legal feedback, drafting procedures, and mitigating risks with third parties. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Law, possesses 3-5 years of corporate legal experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Job description

Support and implement directions, suggestions, and input from the Legal & Corporate Secretary Manager.

Provide feedback and recommendations on legal actions or company decisions.

Draft and propose new procedures when needed, and review, revise, and give feedback on existing procedures.

Perform legal risk mitigation to protect the company from potential legal exposure.

Ensure that all contractual risks with third parties are clearly identified and mitigated appropriately.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Law

3-5 years of experience in legal, preferably in a corporate setting.

Solid understanding of corporate and contract law.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Has previous experience working at a law firm.

Hands‑on experience in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) processes.

Familiar with dealing with Notary, Ministry of Law & Human Rights, BKPM, and other government institutions.

Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and capable of working under deadlines.

Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
