Responsibilities
  • Permit: research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations, handle permit or license registration, renewal and administrative needs.
  • Providing legal research and analysis to support the legal team's work.
  • Litigation: responsible for any litigation activities such as lawsuits from other parties.
  • Handle legal due diligence (LDD), monitoring of updated legal issues and regulation, provide advice for corporate legal issues.
  • Assisting with the preparation and organization of legal files and documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of legal processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or similar role, preferably within the property industry or leading law firms handling corporate clients.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of property‑related laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with building permit processing procedures in the OSS and regulations related to PBG (Building Construction Approval).
