A fast-growing financial services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support across business units. This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing the contract lifecycle, and offering legal risk assessments. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, with a preference for experienced professionals from fintech or banking sectors. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and fluency in English is highly preferred.

Easylink is a fast-growing digital remittance and financial services company. As the business expands, we are strengthening our Legal division to ensure strong contract governance, risk mitigation, and smooth support for all business units.
Provide legal advisory for business units, product, commercial, HR, and corporate matters (excluding regulatory compliance).
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including partnership contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
Manage contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, renewal, amendment, and document control.
Support corporate actions such as company administration, board resolutions, company filings, and notary coordination.
Handle dispute management, settlement discussions, and external counsel coordination when required.
Conduct legal research related to commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and operational matters.
Develop and maintain internal legal policies, templates, and contract management systems.
Provide legal risk assessments and actionable recommendations to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (SH). Master’s degree in Law is a plus.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in fintech or banking.
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, privacy law, and general legal matters in business operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey legal considerations clearly to non-legal teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
