About the role

As the Leasing Manager at PT. SUPERMAL KARAWACI, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing of retail and commercial spaces within the company's prestigious shopping mall development, located in Tangerang, Banten. This full‑time position is integral to the company's growth and success, as you work to attract and retain high‑calibre tenants that align with the mall's strategic vision.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to maximise occupancy levels and rental income
• Identifying, prospecting and negotiating with potential tenants to secure new leasing agreements
• Managing the renewal and renegotiation of existing lease contracts
• Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify new leasing opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with current tenants and addressing any tenancy‑related issues
• Providing regular reports and updates on leasing performance to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mall Leasing Manager
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities
