Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, particularly within IT helpdesk or managed services.
  • 2+ years of strong Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or IT management.
  • Solid background in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and endpoint management.
  • Deep understanding of real-world endpoint management practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to iterate product features based on customer feedback and data-informed decision-making.
