Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who brings strong product leadership with strong ability to work with data and AI‑driven product features. You will guide SimpliDOTS’ product direction end‑to‑end, elevate the role of data in decision‑making, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, understands how data shapes product value, and can translate AI opportunities into practical, user‑friendly solutions.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
Product Strategy and Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Break down complex requirements into simple, actionable, and testable product steps.
  • Prioritize effectively to balance speed, resource constraints, and long‑term scalability.
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring vision translates into real product outcomes.
Enterprise Insights and Product Analytics
  • Use user insights, data, and market research to identify product opportunities and guide decision‑making.
  • Define and monitor key SaaS metrics such as activation, adoption, retention, and workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct discovery through interviews, data analysis, and hypothesis validation to deeply understand customer challenges.
Execution and Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure features are delivered with stability, security, and scalability in mind.
  • Write clear product specifications and drive sprint planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate feedback into product improvements.
  • Manage trade‑offs and expectations across teams while keeping the product direction coherent and focused.
Product Quality And User Experience
  • Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across web, mobile, and supporting channels.
  • Improve critical workflows to enhance activation, usage, and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate with APM and UI/UX Designer to create user flows and interfaces that are practical and scalable.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and support the Associate Product Manager and UI/UX Designer.
  • Strengthen product processes across discovery, prioritization, iteration, and communication.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and clear decision‑making.
Experience

  • Proven experience leading PMs, designers, or cross‑functional squads.
