Accountabilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for day-to-day client inquiries and accounting issues
• Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting to help clients understand performance and key metrics
• Identify accounting or process challenges, recommend data-driven solutions, and communicate changes clearly
• Support Staff Accountants in daily operations and professional development through guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to maintain client satisfaction and manage profitability
• Partner across departments to create a seamless client experience and connect clients with additional resources as needed

Requirements
